Case presentation:

David reports intermittent wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath, especially when exposed to dust, pollen, and pet dander. He works as a veterinarian and owns several pets. Physical examination reveals pale, boggy nasal mucosa without nasal polyps. Lung auscultation reveals diffuse expiratory wheezing.
